Butterfly White Popcorn with Savory Seasoning

Ingredients
- ½ cup Janie's Mill Butterfly White Popcorn (unpopped)
- 2 Tablespoons (28 g) butter (or use ghee or a high-heat oil of your choice)
For the spice mix (adapt as you like!):
- 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon smoky paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch of finely ground black pepper
- pinch of chili powder
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels according to your preferred method, in an air popper or on the stove.
- Drizzle with butter or oil, toss with the spice mix or your desired seasoning, and enjoy!
