Shipping policy

Janie’s Mill uses UPS Ground Shipping for online retail purchases. The shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your purchase, and the distance to be shipped.  We have negotiated the best possible rates with UPS. That said, Janie’s Mill products tend to be heavy, and therefore somewhat expensive to ship. If you pick your order up at Janie’s Mill in Ashkum, IL, we will refund your shipping charge.

We also provide a FREESHIPPING100 promo code for home bakers who order over $100. (This code is ONLY for home bakers who are end-users, not re-sellers.)  
FREESHIPPING100 and other promo codes do NOT apply to wholesale customers. If a wholesale customer applies a retail promo code, Janie's Mill will adjust the order to reflect the already discounted wholesale prices excluding the promo code.

Janie’s Mill reserves the right to set maximum limits on certain products.
