Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing Janie’s Mill products. We proudly stand by the quality of every grain and flour that leaves our mill and want you to be happy with every order you place. If there are any issues, please contact customersupport@janiesmill.com or 815-644-4032.

For example:

  • If you realize you’ve made a mistake on your order, please call us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll change or cancel the order and issue a refund. 
  • If there's an error in your order, contact us immediately so that we can correct it. 
  • If there's any other problem with your order, please let us know within one week of the time you receive it, or sooner!

    And please remember that freshly stone-milled products are perishable. Be sure to put them into your freezer, refrigerator, or the coldest part of your home so that they maintain their high quality from the time they leave Janie’s Mill until the time you use them. Thanks!
