Organic Silky Smooth Pastry Flour

Ok, so this is my second review! I just LOVE this flour for my pie crusts! You haven't ordered this yet? Why not?! This flour absolutely elevates your pie. I can even tell when I'm handling the dough to roll it out how light it is. You can feel the difference. Once you try this flour, you will not want to use anything else for your pastries!

I love all the flours I get from Janie’s but this is one of my favorites. Great in a variety if baked goods.

ordered small package of several flours to test them out. Pastry flour is winner. You can tell the flour is whole wheat over the white the flour in the grocery store but both my biscuits and pie dough were just as flakey as before. However, we found the your pastry flour rolled smoothly and fuller more delicious taste but not strong like the usual whole wheat. I will be getting the 25 lb bag for my mom for christmas.
