Moist & nutty, excellent artisan bread "oven spring"

Very hardy flavor, stayed moist for over five days as an artisan loaf with crumbly crust. Combined with 14% white bread flour 3:1 for lighter loaf and wonderful flavor endured. Unequivocally recommend, one cannot go wrong with high protein flour. Recommended to my elder sister as a basis for increasing plant based protein into her diet.

Fantastic flavor

I did a mix of Janie’s Mill high protein flour with bread flour from Costco to make homemade hoagie rolls. They turned out fantastic. Fluffy & delicious.

Great flavor and rise

I tried a batch of 100% Janies bread flower, great rise and flavor. A bit tighter crumb but still delicious. I’m hooked!

High Quality Bread Flour - SUPERIOR to others!

I never found KA bread flour to be that great and found an organic flour that I had been using for a while that was better. I had used Janie’s Mill Black Emmer, Sifted Durum, and some others and have been pleased with the superior quality and taste. The High Protein and Sifted flours went on sale, and I decided to give them a try. I’m SO glad I did — the quality, performance, freshness, texture, and taste are outstanding!
