Organic Silky Smooth Pastry Flour

Mind blown - this is the best flour for pie crusts! I can't believe the difference it makes in my pies. And I feel better knowing this is a much healthier flour than the big name brands.

ordered small package of several flours to test them out. Pastry flour is winner. You can tell the flour is whole wheat over the white the flour in the grocery store but both my biscuits and pie dough were just as flakey as before. However, we found the your pastry flour rolled smoothly and fuller more delicious taste but not strong like the usual whole wheat. I will be getting the 25 lb bag for my mom for christmas.

This is the one I like the most its smooth like cake flour and healthier too. best for cakes, cookies, muffins and more. so far my very favorite.

After making sourdough bread for the past couple years and making some bad loaves but many more great loaves (thanks to Janie’s artisan bread flour), I have now ventured into a new hobby of making pies.
