    Spelt is an ancient grain that was domesticated around 5,000BC. It has a robust s nutrient profile, and is particularly rich in important minerals such as zinc, iron, phosphorus, copper, and magnesium. It also has plenty of vitamins and fiber!

Use as All Purpose

This flour is a wonderful substitute for all purpose flour. It gives such a depth of flavor that when you eat something that's been baked with regular all purpose it tastes so bland. I love using it in my baked goods like cookies, banana bread, etc. Plus I love all the nutrients you get with this flour!
