Because Janie's Mill Spelt Flour is a whole-kernel flour (100% extraction), your cookies, quick breads, pancakes and other favorites have 100% of the taste and nutrition of the whole grain.

    Its high enzymatic activity also makes it a great flour for your sourdough starter.

    Spelt is an ancient grain that was domesticated around 5,000BC. It has a robust s nutrient profile, and is particularly rich in important minerals such as zinc, iron, phosphorus, copper, and magnesium. It also has plenty of vitamins and fiber!
