    Each Pizza kit contains everything you need to make a basic red sauce pizza:

    • 1 1.5-pound package (680g) of Janie’s Mill Italian Style Pizza Flour

    • 1 envelope with 10g yeast

    • 1 envelope with 10g salt

    • 1 can (425g / 15oz) organic heirloom tomato sauce

    • Recipe to make quick, easy, and delicious pizza dough

    Just add oregano and garlic for a Pizza Marinara, or mozzarella cheese and fresh basil for Pizza Margherita, or whatever toppings you like!
