Great selection

I really appreciate this selection and that it comes in small packages. I am on my own so don’t need large quantity packages. This allows me to have these delicious grains fresh And still have the variety. I just used some of the Enkorn wheat berries in my Thanksgiving dressing. I will enjoy it for several days. Great tasting grains. Looking forward to trying the others in some soup during the colder days.

Perfect sampler

I like to have a variety of grains on hand without having to commit to 25+ pounds for 1 variety, not to mention I do not have that kind of space for storage. I love the sizes - perfect for sampling and making your own blends.

Great variety

I enjoy trying different taste notes and consistency in my sourdough bread. Having a small grain mill and access to Janie’s variety pack has given me much enjoyment.

Worth the learning curve

Following a trip to Norway where they do a lot of whole-grain bread, I decided to give this sampler a try. My family really likes the nutty, chewy taste and texture. Well worth exploring.
