The best flour

As a micro bakery owner, I was looking to switch to a better quality product, so I decided to give Janie's Mill flour a try. After using Janie's Mill flour for a couple of weeks, I can confidently say that the difference compared to the store-bought flour I previously used is incredible! The bread has a rich, nutty, earthy flavor that is simply delicious.

I give it a 100/100!
