I make multiple loaves of sourdough bread every week. I was using store bought organic flour. I recently purchased this flour, and . What a flavor difference! Even my 8 year old commented on how good the bread tasted, and she didn’t even know I had changed flour.

Great for bread beginner

I’m a total beginner at bread baking. This is a great flour to start with. Always had a good rise and an earthy full flavor. All family members love this one too

Excellent

This was my first time making sourdough with this flour and it was excellent. My bread definitely tasted better than normal and that was definitely because of the flour. It required a bit extra liquid vs when baking with supermarket bread flour, which was not a problem but something to pay attention to when baking.

Excellent flour

I use this high extraction flour in my stiff sourdough levains, along with Artisan Blend or Whole Kernel.
High Protein provides strength and flavor to the dough. The finely ground flour gives the dough a wonderful silky quality.

Great but could have been better

The flavor profile is satisfying, with the wheat flour providing a rich, hearty base. However, the texture was compromised by the coarse grind of the flour. Having previously worked with fine-ground French flour, which offers superior extensibility and a more delicate crumb structure, I noticed the difference in quality. The coarser grind limited the dough's ability to develop and stretch properly. But I still love the wheat flavor of this flour.
