What a beauty!!!!

My sourdough was just brought to an entire different level of flavor. Beautiful rise and open crumb. I wish I could upload a picture so you can see it. Watch out Arthur, there's a new king in town!!!!

Where have you been all my life!

I'm still trying to wrap my head around The difference that this flour has made in my sourdough bread! This flour made my bread more golden , higher in height and delicious ! I've always used King Arthur bread flour. I didn't know what I was missing until I found this flour.

My favorite flour!

I use this to bake sourdough, and it works really well for a higher hydration dough! I’ve tried 5+ different flours and this is my favorite to work with! The price is honestly very, very good and reasonable, too!!
