Too good!

Your high extraction flour gives my sourdough bread amazing texture and flavor. I can’t resist it…not the best for my waste line. Maybe just need to give more away:).

High Protein bread doesn’t make traditional sour dough

I have been baking sour dough bread for years and decided to try your flours. This particular one was labeled best seller, so I decided to try. Big mistake. This will make a gummy, chewy, cinnamon like flavor bread - you won’t get a sour taste at all. I am extremely disappointed as comments should reflect a complete altered taste profile. This will not taste like traditional sour dough at all. I am not sure what I can use thus flour for as its flavor is strong.
