Very satisfying…

This flour can handle high hydration sourdough very well. It has amazing flexibility. Beautiful open crumb sourdough… very earthy taste and color.. bread smells amazing too… honey and flowery notes. I am in love with this flour!

It's a shame you can't see or taste my breads on here, but from the first time I used Janie's high protein flour as part of my blend, my breads have improved a lot. My friends on FaceBook, who have seen pictures of my breads, have all asked if I can ship breads to them. I now make much sexier breads, and Janie's flours and whole grains are the reason for that.
